ZTE ONT Turn ON/OFF the CATV by command:

pon-onu-mng gpon-onu_1/{SlotID}/{PortID}:{ONUID}
interface video-ani state lock       – Turn OFF the CATV port.
interface video-ani state unlock   – Turn ON the CATV port.
